The Lotus is proportional to heavenly beings. If we think back at the early art that originated from Thai inspired artists and even depictions from the Brahman goddesses, lotus blooms are prevalent in these paintings.

There are a variety of water lilies that share exactly the same Thai description and name because the Lotus. Theyre Bua, Pathum and Ubon. You might meet many Thai people with this name as it has been a popular choice for parents for many years. Monasteries, provinces and villages and districts will even share the name.

Man continues to be compared to the four states from the Lotus by Buddha. Today, Thai Buddhists will offer you the lotus as a symbol of paying homage to Buddha. when this is done, three Lotus blooms are offered in return for three gems or Rattanatrai.
